Where is Giving Sundays based?

The company is founded, and operates in Vancouver, BC.

Is there a local pick up option?

Yes, there is a local pick up option available at check-out. Please make sure you read the pick up instructions — you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up.

Are your items available for purchase in Retail?

Yes, there are a select few Brick & Mortar retailers. Products and quantities will vary based on the wholesale orders. Currently the Mason Jar (Whiterock, BC) and Kona’s Baby Boutique (Vancouver, BC).

Do you have specific release-dates for items?

Yes! Historically all of our items were sold out hours/days after launch. As these items are curated in small batches, the best way to stay informed is to follow the Instagram Account @givingsundays

How long will it take my order to arrive? How can I track my order?

All order are hand-made and packaged in the order they are receieved. If the items are listed as a pre-sale you will be notified once the item has shipped with a tracking number. Estimated shipping times are noted in each item listing however not guaranteed.

How much is shipping?
